I've loved this car wash for many years and their performance is always top notch. I usually go in the spring to get my vehicle freshened up for the year and the result are always excellent.

I’ve been going to VIP for at least 40 years and they never disappoint me, the time and care they take on my vehicle is above and beyond, looking forward to many more years of their quality work!

I paid $55 for a “full service” on my van yesterday and I made sure to clear all my stuff out prior and any big pieces of trash so that the van wasn't bad going in. I typically clean my van every 2 weeks but I wanted to treat myself to a professional clean. I waited about an hour, only to leave extremely disappointed. It honestly looked like they only cleaned the windows, floor mats, and "cleaned" it out with a leaf blower and blew dust around inside. When they asked me to inspect it, I had to point out multiple areas that were clearly untouched: - The doors were still dirty. My son plays soccer and there was still dirt on the passenger door, and a clear obvious spill on mine that were untouched. - The dashboard was so dusty I could write my name in it and the spot where something had spilled was still very visibly there. - The door frames hadn't been wiped and looked horrible. - Multiple spots throughout the interior hadn’t been wiped down. - The cup holders were kind of done but I asked for them to all be done again. - The seats hadn’t been cleaned and still had debris on them. (I'm 90% sure they used a leaf blower because how?) Each time I pointed something out, the response

Every time I attend the guys are nice enough to drive my car through the wash because I am claustrophobic. They Accommodate me every time I really appreciate that not just that the service is amazing and I’m always pleased with my car. Those workers work so hard and they should be commended daily. I always try to leave a tip because this is how they make a living, but the owner write down to the workers are absolutely amazing. I will never go any place else.

BEWARE! They will damage your car!!! I dropped my car off to the at 8:15am for a FULL detail for the cost of $160. There was only ONE car there when I arrived and it was already being serviced. I was told (very rudely) by the old lady with glasses that it would be 3-4 hours. I walked back outside to remove my son’s car seat from the vehicle, a very rude gentleman asked me to move my car loudly and abruptly before I could inform him that I no longer had my keys. Fast forward, 1:15pm I called to check on my vehicle to be informed that they had JUST started on it. I immediately asked them to stop because it had already been 5 hours and it should have been completed. When I walked in, I retrieved my keys and walked out to my car to find my gas tank wide open. I went back in and asked for a manager to inform them that I would be filing a police report because I feel as though the tampered with my car. Once inside my vehicle to my surprise, it was WORSE than when I dropped it off. Apparently they “prepped my vehicle and sprayed the door jams and now there are water marks on my ceiling around EVERY door. When I spoke to the manager, Paul, he apologized and told me he would do absolutel
